Overview

The Project Data Manager at Ergomed Group is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of multiple projects within the Data Management department.

• Lead and delegate tasks to ensure timely project completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external vendors.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure data submission readiness.
• Manage escalations and study complexities confidently.
• Review and forecast budgets with project managers.
• Provide feedback to improve project deliverables.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee database build and migration processes.
• Drive adherence to data standards and compliance.
• Support the Data Management team with key deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in data management in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
• Experience with EDC systems like Merative Zelta, Medrio, or Medidata RAVE.
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
