As a Customer Project Manager at Ergeon, you will take full ownership of customer projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional customer experience and process improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer operations or similar CX role.
• Proven ability to take ownership of escalated customer issues.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Slack, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
• Proactive mindset to identify and solve problems.
