Product Manager II, Commercial & Finance Analytics - Remote

Overview

Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program on a mission to ensure that everyone with an eating disorder can access treatment that works. As a Product Manager for Commercial and Finance analytics, you will help develop and drive the roadmap for our data initiatives.

In Short

• Collaborate with Commercial and Finance departments to identify data initiatives.
• Advocate for stakeholder needs with application development teams.
• Develop a strategy and roadmap for analytics and data science.
• Work closely with Data Analysts, Engineers, and Scientists.
• Utilize testing and user research to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Design product requirement documents and articulate business cases.
• Drive features from development to launch in an agile environment.
• Monitor usage and satisfaction of data products.
• Improve data literacy in the organization.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a growing environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering features on time.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present data narratives.
• Familiarity with data modeling and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to read and write SQL.
• Demonstrated business sense and curiosity about eating disorder treatments.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
