Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Overview

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Equip will provide evidence-based treatment for eating disorders in a fully virtual setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to support patients and their families.

In Short

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders.
• Implement family-based treatment (FBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E).
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Utilize between-session messaging for patient support.
• Engage in Treatment Team meetings.
• Maintain licensure and obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Active psychotherapy license from a US state.
• Ability to support a diverse caseload.
• Passion for evidence-based care.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to deliver care in a virtual setting.
• Interest in mental health and eating disorder treatment.
• Experience in Family-Based Treatment is preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment settings is a plus.
• Case management experience is beneficial.
