Clinical Research Associate - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Research Associate is an integral part of Equip’s Clinical Excellence team, responsible for improving access to treatment for patients with eating disorders and pioneering new research for long-lasting recovery.

In Short

• Work closely with the VP of Clinical Excellence on research initiatives.
• Lead design and execution of internal and external research projects.
• Manage the lifecycle of IRB submissions.
• Conduct literature reviews and prepare manuscripts for publication.
• Perform advanced statistical modeling and analysis.
• Collaborate with non-research teams for data-informed decisions.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Present findings at academic meetings.
• Assist with grant proposals and ongoing research needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Research interests aligned with Equip's mission.
• Strong academic writing skills with peer-reviewed publications.
• Proficient in SQL, R, and statistical software.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
