Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will play a critical role in implementing a multi-jurisdictional initiative, through which ERA and TradesFutures will work directly with select apprenticeship readiness programs, local building trade councils, and city and state leaders to implement and document policies and program best practices to expand access to the construction workforce by improving recruitment and retention.

In Short

• Serve as a liaison between ERA, TradesFutures, and jurisdictional partners.
• Manage and support engagement with participating jurisdictions.
• Develop and manage work plans and meeting schedules.
• Organize an annual national convening of all program participants.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical assistance needs.
• Assist in documenting program implementation and support grant reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with government staff and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable in a tech-heavy environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice and diversity.
