Overview

As the US Field Marketing Lead, you will set the regional Field Marketing standard and act as the primary strategic resource to the Head of Field Marketing, contributing to executive-level strategy and driving market transformation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Field Marketing or senior B2B experience.
  • Expertise in ABM, event, and campaign best practices.
  • High-level Marketing/Sales collaboration framework experience.
  • Trusted moderator for strategic content channels.
  • Strong project management and optimization skills.
  • Data integrity and performance strategy ownership.
  • Fluent in English with executive-level negotiation skills.
  • Experience with MarTech tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
