Overview

As a Facility Management Procurement Consultant, you will work on optimizing procurement portfolios for various clients, contributing to the development and deployment of purchasing strategies.

In Short

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for competitiveness.
• Conduct market opportunity and risk analyses.
• Identify and analyze existing suppliers.
• Implement FM commodity strategies and associated action plans.
• Manage sourcing and consultations (RFI, RFP, etc.).
• Address all aspects of FM procurement including maintenance, security, and services.

Requirements

• Higher education in procurement with a minimum of 3 years experience in Facility Management purchasing.
• Knowledge of supplier markets and ability to conduct market studies.
• Autonomous management of the tender process.
• Risk management of products/services.
• Ability to interact and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional English (written and spoken).
• Experience with procurement information systems is a plus.
