Product Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

Tiko (previously known as Triggerise) believes in a world where all youth have the power to choose where, when, and how they meet their sexual reproductive health needs. Our digital platform delivers scalable and verifiable sexual reproductive health services for young people in 6 main markets in Sub-Saharan Africa - Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, South Africa, Zambia and Burkina Faso. We work together with local communities and use nudges like reminders, discounts, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use sexual and reproductive health services. We also support our users in becoming micro-entrepreneurs and adding value to their economies.

In Short

• Consultant to support the Product team during maternity leave.
• 5 working days per week for 10-11 months.
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for platform products.
• Lead collaboration and drive innovation through emerging technologies.
• Maintain and align the platform product roadmap with business priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders to align product development with business objectives.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for product success.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management at a Senior/Lead level.
• Experience in product strategy, ideation, and prioritization.
• Strong process engineering and UX/UI design skills.
• Experience in developing CRM applications.
• Experience with Agile Software delivery processes.
• Must be based in Portugal, South Africa, or Kenya.
