Overview

The Group Finance Operations Manager will lead and optimize the performance of finance operations within a fast-paced tech-driven environment, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience managing finance teams and driving operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems such as Xero and Netsuite.
• Strong command of Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex data.
• Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment (desirable).
• Background working with auditors and financial institutions (desirable).
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach (desirable).
