Requirements

• BSEE or MSEE with 15+ years of experience.
• Experience in product marketing or management roles.
• Proven knowledge of high-power amplifiers and RF systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and software-defined systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in portfolio strategy and market development.
• Ability to build data-driven investment cases.
• Knowledge of multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
