Overview

The Senior Client Manager for Employee Benefits in Public Sector Accounts is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing client data, and providing expert advice on benefits and compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management for Public Sector accounts.
• College degree preferred or related experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting or brokerage.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of interpersonal skills for sensitive situations.
• California Life and Health License required.
• Professional designations such as CEBS, BGA, PHR, and CLU preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
