In Short

• Design and implement comprehensive measurement strategies across digital campaigns.
• Conduct sophisticated analyses across paid search and social channels.
• Build reporting dashboards and solutions that integrate multiple data sources.
• Lead the development of testing programs that generate actionable recommendations.
• Create compelling regular business reviews and analytics deep-dives.
• Evaluate and implement new analytics approaches and data sources.
• Coordinate cross-platform data integration projects.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and champion innovative analytics methods.
• Mentor junior analysts in both technical execution and strategic thinking.
• Partner with client teams to translate analysis into clear recommendations.

Requirements

• A four year degree with expertise in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in a data science/analytics role within marketing technology or advertising companies.
• Expertise in technologies such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager, DSPs, ESPs, social media platforms, Google and Bing Ads, Salesforce, Hubspot, DOMO, Looker Studio, call analytics and other Martech platforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization, predictive modeling, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and web analytics.
• Experience with modern statistical learning methods, including regression techniques, and classification models.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects.
• A highly collaborative, proactive, resourceful and lean-in mindset.
