Project Engineer (f/m/d) Smart Grids - Remote

Overview

As Project Engineer (f/m/d) Smart Grids, you will be part of our Customer Implementation team, responsible for the whole implementation process of new customers, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring technical setup and data integration.

In Short

• Manage implementation projects with distribution grid operators and utilities.
• Create data integration concepts based on customer requirements and source systems.
• Ensure project completion on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage platform provisioning alongside site reliability engineers.
• Provide insights to improve customer data quality.
• Support the strategic development of products.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or similar.
• Good understanding of energy distribution systems and electrical power grids.
• Experience in IT project management.
• Experience with grid modelling, power flow calculations, or GIS.
• Basic understanding of ETL processes.
• Experience in Python and SQL.
• Team player with a structured and result-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
