Overview

As a Customer Support Manager at envelio, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting them with our Intelligent Grid Platform software and optimizing support processes.

In Short

  • Support customers through queries and complaints via email and phone.
  • Manage customer requests in the ticket system.
  • Perform initial analyses of technical inquiries.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams.
  • Optimize and automate support processes.
  • Collect customer feedback for software improvement.
  • Create training materials such as feature articles and videos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or apprenticeship completed.
  • Initial experience in customer support or complaint management in a B2B environment (ideally SaaS).
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (C1 level).
  • Interest in digitalization and software functionality.
  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Structured and reliable work style.
  • Good analytical skills and technical understanding.
  • Experience with CRM and ticket systems.
  • Proficient in common Office products.
