• This is a member-facing role serving as the first point of contact for prospective members.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and recommend valuable programs.
• Collaborate with the Community & Membership team to refine approaches for tailored recommendations.
• Track and manage sales pipeline, following up with leads to meet conversion goals.
• Maintain documentation of member interactions using HubSpot.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance member journeys and community experiences.
• Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism.

Requirements

• Passion for empowering women founders and supporting women leaders.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in membership or consultative sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and ability to recommend aligned solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Organized with experience managing pipelines and following up on leads.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Suite, and Zoom.
