In Short

  • As a Client Growth Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary contact.
  • Your core objectives will include growing revenue, nurturing relationships, and ensuring long-term client retention.
  • You will identify strategic growth opportunities, develop tailored initiatives, and build long-lasting partnerships with your clients.
  • Act as primary day-to-day point person with the clients for all their questions, related issues, and suggestions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to achieve client growth objectives.
  • Build and nurture trust-based relationships by leading regular check-ins, reviewing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure client goals are met and align efforts across departments.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs, identify pain points, and propose creative upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage billing processes, resolve disputes, and ensure accurate invoicing on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for in-app performance marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in Account Management, Client Success or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of the digital advertising industry; familiarity with tools like Appsflyer and Adjust is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid foundation in programmatic advertising and ad tech concepts is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and growth-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
