Overview

The Senior Manager, Customer Enablement is responsible for building and leading a team of Customer Enablement (Sales) Professionals that drive enhanced Customer satisfaction, increased product adoption, and build long-term relationships for Entegris’ most critical Customers.

• Remotely manage a team of Customer Enablement Account Managers
• Mentor and develop CE talent for future advancement
• Manage and grow Revenue for major Global Strategic Customers
• Align Sales Strategies with Key Account Managers
• Provide accurate forecasts for assigned Accounts
• Partner with Finance for Accounts Receivables escalations
• Promote Semi-annual Business Reviews
• Establish processes to enhance Customer scorecard
• Be a subject matter expert on the fab market

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years Sales experience with management
• Strong background with North American Semiconductor fabs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with data analysis and Excel
• Proficient in PowerPoint
• Prior experience with Salesforce CRM
