Real Time CRM Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Real Time CRM Specialist to join our CRM team overseeing Canada, Iberia and Latin America (CILA). This role focuses on designing and owning automated use cases in Grandstand, as well as leveraging real-time triggers to enhance player engagement.

In Short

• Develop and execute automated real-time use cases in Grandstand.
• Implement real-time triggers using behavioral events in Optimove.
• Collaborate with Product and Country teams for player engagement.
• Build a roadmap for real-time features across CILA markets.
• Drive a culture of testing and learning through structured experiments.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure consistency across markets while allowing local adaptations.

Requirements

• Experience in the sportsbooks industry with campaign design.
• Knowledge of sportsbook player behaviors and retention drivers.
• Proven experience in evaluating and analyzing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Optimove or similar tools.
• Preferred experience in customer communication design.
• Data analysis skills using BI software (Power BI).
