Overview

This internship at Ensono focuses on supporting the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning programs. Interns will gain hands-on experience across the full learning lifecycle.

In Short

• Assist in creating digital, blended, and instructor-led learning materials.
• Support development of microlearning and engaging learning assets.
• Maintain and upload learning content in the LMS or LXP.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in relevant fields.
• Interest in Learning & Development or program coordination.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
