IAM Administrator - Remote

Overview

The IAM Administrator at Ensono is responsible for providing end-user support, managing user accounts, and ensuring secure access control in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments.

In Short

• Administer and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365.
• Implement secure role-based access control (RBAC) policies.
• Provide remote support to end users and devices.
• Assist with account management and troubleshooting.
• Support desktop patching and endpoint management solutions.
• Deliver support through multiple communication channels.
• Participate in OnCall rotation.
• Maintain system-level privileges and permissions.
• Apply security standards including multi-factor authentication.
• Work in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Experience providing end-user support in large enterprises.
• Familiarity with audit processes for data privacy.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• US Citizen.
