Overview

The Slate Coach is responsible for working directly with enrollmentFUEL client-partners to implement Slate and/or improve their work within their Slate instance, ensuring effective and efficient use of the platform.

In Short

  • Serve as Project Manager for assigned client contracts.
  • Define deliverables and monitor project milestones.
  • Promote a positive, solution-focused atmosphere.
  • Evaluate and develop responses to client questions.
  • Coordinate educational training sessions with client-partners.
  • Explore upsell opportunities for client-partners.
  • Build meaningful relationships with client-partners.
  • Assist with creating policies and user manuals for Slate.
  • Attend weekly collaboration meetings and trainings.
  • Represent enrollmentFUEL professionally.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in CRM Slate.
  • Strong oral, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with partner institutions.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Experience in teaching or leading training sessions.
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
