Overview

As a Corporate Venture of Enpal, we develop fast and digital financing solutions for independent solar installers across Germany.

In Short

• Direct contact with customers – quick, friendly, solution-oriented
• Responsible for clean contracts, signatures, and grid connections
• Keep track of open payments and professionally remind customers
• Help build our support structure (e.g., Intercom, GPT tools)
• Think about processes and make them simpler, faster, smarter

Requirements

• Structured and independent working style with attention to detail
• Interest in operational tasks and direct customer contact
• Openness to digital tools and technical processes
• First practical experience in startup, sales, or support environments is a plus
• Proficient in tools like Intercom, Miro, Notion, MS Office & Slack
• Interest in AI-supported process optimization (e.g., with ChatGPT)
