In Short

• Act as the central interface between customers and internal teams from planning to commissioning of photovoltaic systems.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers, understanding their needs and assisting them in project implementation.
• Coordinate construction and assembly processes in close collaboration with project managers and service providers.
• Ensure that all construction projects are executed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer service, or a similar field, ideally in the solar or construction industry.
• Interest in construction processes, photovoltaic systems, or renewable energy.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage projects efficiently.
• Independent working style and a hands-on mentality.
