Billing Auditor for Construction Controlling - Remote

Overview

As a Billing Auditor for Construction Controlling, you will create clarity and control over the construction costs of our heat pump projects, ensuring that we only pay for what has actually been delivered.

In Short

• Detailed auditing of incoming invoices from our craft partners for accuracy and completeness.
• Breakdown of invoice items in our systems to identify discrepancies, responsibilities, and potential savings.
• Close collaboration with the Technical Operations Manager and other leaders to coordinate actions.
• Creation of regular reports on construction costs and identification of trends to support strategic decisions.
• Participation in the further development of our controlling processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting (including billing audit), controlling, or a comparable position.
• Basic understanding of construction or craftsmanship is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Airtable or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various departments.
