We create engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok (Real Estate division). Our content showcases construction projects, customer testimonials, DIY tutorials, and highlights why we're "Built Different."

In Short

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form (social media) and long-form (YouTube) video content
• Create videos in both 16:9 and 9:16 aspect ratios for different platforms
• Develop compelling content around construction phases, finished projects, customer testimonials, and DIY tutorials
• Support internal training video production
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work
• Collaborate with marketing and construction teams for content ideas

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor
• Strong portfolio of video editing work
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Understanding of social media platforms and content requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
