In Short

• Support the process of switching metering operators between customers, Enpal, and network operators.
• Manage key metrics and assist the department in achieving monthly targets.
• Communicate with network operators to gather relevant data for metering operator changes.
• Handle sensitive customer data responsibly and structure it clearly.
• Act as a liaison between departments for customer data collection.
• Be a problem solver and find creative solutions for operational tasks.
• Help improve existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Experience in dealing with various stakeholders is preferred.
• Quick yet careful and customer-oriented work style.
• Ability to quickly understand new software tools.
• Initiative and provide valuable input through your ideas.
• Excellent proficiency in German.
