In Short

• Customer support – remote and on-site at customer locations
• Administration of customer systems and infrastructure
• Maintenance of security management, installation of security updates
• Participation in projects, e.g., support/handover into operations

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in the Microsoft environment
• Proficient in Windows (preferably also Linux)
• Customer-oriented behavior (patience, communication skills in fluent German and English, stress resistance, tact)
• Self-initiative and hands-on mentality
• A completed technical education or a degree
• Willingness to travel (within Germany)
