Ennoble Care is seeking a dedicated full-time Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing patient intake processes, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining confidentiality while adhering to all relevant guidelines and regulations.

• Manage patient intake processes
• Communicate with patients for insurance information
• Handle prior authorization requests
• Answer phones and receive referral information
• Complete referral/intake forms
• Assist in scheduling skilled personnel
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with coworkers from various departments
• Perform other assigned tasks remotely

Requirements

• Knowledge of insurances and coding policies
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to interpret policies and regulations
• Ability to read medical charts
• Attention to detail for document accuracy
• Preferred experience in ICD-10 and prior authorization
