Intake Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy, responsible for managing the intake process and ensuring a supportive experience.

In Short

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
• Manage the intake process for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Center Directors and clinicians.
• Answer incoming phone calls and triage inquiries.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up with clients.
• Assist with intake initiatives and related duties.
• 2+ years of client/patient intake experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed.
• Remote position with availability between 9am-5pm PST.

Requirements

• 2+ years client/patient intake experience within healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google G-Suite.
• Remote based position.
