In Short

• Join a fully remote team as an Intake Coordinator.
• Responsible for managing new patient inquiries and intakes.
• Schedule and conduct intake calls with families.
• Educate families on treatment options and assess suitability for care.
• Engage empathetically with families to encourage care initiation.
• Coordinate with clinicians for initial assessments and next steps.
• Track intake data and provide reports to the Operations team.
• Work in a dynamic, mission-driven healthcare environment.
• Full-time position with a base salary of $52,500.

Requirements

• Excited to be part of a mission-driven healthcare organization.
• Experience in patient-facing roles.
• Willingness to work afternoon/evening hours (EST) 3 days a week.
• Confident and compassionate communication skills.
• Familiarity with the psychology or mental healthcare field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with new technologies.
• Experience with EHR systems or similar platforms.
