Overview

Engineering Industries eXcellence is seeking a PLM Service Manager (100% remote/WFH) to complement our growing PLM practice. As part of the Services management team, the PLM Service Manager will manage a small-sized Services Resource team delivering high quality, value-driven billable consulting business, providing technical expertise to meet the goals of the Product Life-cycle Management business.

In Short

  • Provide coaching and set direction for service consulting business and operations.
  • Contribute to sales and services pipeline strategy.
  • Oversee key projects and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Lead delivery of global initiatives within practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing a team of software solution consultants.
  • 5+ years experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Installation and Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace and Data Model.
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter Change Management.
  • Knowledge of NX CAD/CAM.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
