Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, working closely with stakeholders to improve efficiency.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in building workflows using Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of CMDB and Asset Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow ACLs and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
