• Lead a high-performing data engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Deep knowledge of data engineering, preferably with experience in Snowflake, Airflow, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to manage and scale a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
