Solar Programs Project Manager II - Remote

Overview

This position involves managing solar programs aimed at increasing customer participation in renewable energy initiatives, particularly in Illinois. You will play a key role in supporting the clean energy transition through program administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with an energy focus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of small distributed generation solar markets.
• Familiarity with solar incentive programs.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills.
• Project management skills; certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Slack, Salesforce, SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
