Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with an energy focus, preferably in renewable energy policy or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of small Distributed Generation solar market.
• Familiarity with solar incentive programs, especially Illinois Shines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Slack, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
