Requirements

• Completed education or degree in a relevant field (e.g., energy technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering).
• Several years of experience in project development, preferably in renewable energy / BESS.
• Basic knowledge of energy law and permitting regulations.
• Enjoy communication, structured work, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Passion for energy transition and sustainable technologies.
• Openness to flexible working models and independent work.
