The Payroll Team Lead will lead a small team to deliver national payroll accurately and on-time every week, utilizing leadership skills and specialist payroll knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Australian Payroll.
• Minimum of 5 years payroll experience.
• Experience with SAP ECP, Service Now, or UKG.
• Knowledge of Australian legislation and award interpretation.
• Problem-solving skills relating to payroll and accounts.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to document and deliver process improvements.
• Strong communication skills.
