The Engagement Center Representative provides essential support to customers regarding claims and policy-related inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring excellent service and problem resolution.

In Short

  • Work in a hybrid or full-time schedule either in the Charleston, WV office or remotely.
  • Provide information on claims, medical billing, and policy questions.
  • Analyze customer information to determine appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with other associates for customer support.
  • Create certificates of insurance for policyholders.
  • Research medical billing and pharmacy-related issues.
  • Assist customers with payment processes.
  • Utilize multiple systems effectively.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Insurance experience within a multi-line industry preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Sound judgment and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
