• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Manage revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Oversee accounting for goodwill, intangibles, leases, and sales commissions.
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with audit preparations.
• Collaborate with auditors on financial audits.
• Assist in implementing new accounting policies.
• Optimize and maintain NetSuite ERP.
• Support financial planning and reporting initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition.
• Prior experience with audit processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
