Technical Support Specialist for NATO Geospatial Standardization - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing technical support to NATO's geospatial standardization processes, contributing to the development and review of geospatial standards to enhance interoperability within NATO.

In Short

• Provide technical expertise in geospatial standardization.
• Contribute to the Joint Geospatial Standards Working Group (JGSWG).
• Support the Federated Mission Networking (FMN) GeoMetoc syndicate.
• Develop and review NATO geospatial standards.
• Participate in meetings and provide reports on progress.
• Collaborate with NATO personnel and project managers.
• Ensure alignment with NATO's digital transformation needs.
• Work off-site with occasional travel to NATO locations.
• Required NATO Secret security clearance.
• Contract duration from June 2025 to December 2025.
