Sr. Product Manager (APAC) - Remote

Overview

Empower is looking for an experienced product manager for our international businesses in Asia Pacific. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be an early team member in these geographies as we build a winning strategy to expand access to fair credit.

In Short

• Lead development and launch of products in Empower’s emerging markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Credit, and Data Science.
• Shape the longer-term strategy of the product and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for new products in international markets.
• Manage financial outcomes and growth plans.
• Build and lead teams of product managers.
• Drive execution of product features and delivery timelines.
• Analyze user data to identify areas of opportunity.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with executive audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities and goal measurement skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and analytical tools.
• Customer empathy and experience shaping product direction.
• Resourceful and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Located in an Asia Pacific time zone.
