Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Experience with payment systems and loan servicing processes.
• Customer-centric and passionate about improving financial health.
• Analytical problem solver with data-informed decision-making skills.
• Collaborative with a track record of impactful product delivery.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to push through obstacles to deliver value.
• Bonus: Experience with complex legal frameworks and SQL.
