Sr. Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Sutherland is searching for a Sr. Product Manager as part of our Conversational AI team. This team deploys consumer-facing and agent-facing solutions for well-known Fortune 500 level brands. Sutherland uses AI/ML technology to support customer care and sales programs for market leaders in the Media, Telco, Financial Services, Travel, Retail and other industries.

In Short

• Lead the build out of agent-facing Conversational AI products.
• Define/refine the vision and product strategy.
• Engage with clients to define and prioritize requirements.
• Work cross-functionally to take products from conception to launch.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on sales/marketing materials.
• Plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 6+ years relevant experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of software features and product processes.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Design and Engineering.
• Superior communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Preferred: Experience in workspace design and human-powered customer engagement.
• Preferred: Experience with NLP / Machine Learning.
