Overview

Empower is seeking an experienced analytics leader to join our fintech startup and own the Credit function for our newly acquired credit business, Nira, in India. The ideal candidate will leverage data and analytics to fuel business growth and improve customer financial well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics and credit risk management.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.
• Ideal location in APAC, preferably Bangalore, India.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and methods.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
