The Project Manager / Owners Representative oversees and monitors all phases of construction, renovation, or maintenance projects to ensure compliance with company specifications and regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction or repair shop experience.
• Business degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience with OSHA regulations is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other related equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
• Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• U-Haul experience is a must.
• Ability to work safely around moving parts and machinery.
• Reasonable and predictable attendance is essential.
