Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of IoT Connectivity Management Portal (CMP) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and product management of our CMP and API product. This role will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring seamless IoT connectivity management, and enhancing the user experience and feature set for upmarket customers.

In Short

  • Define and execute the roadmap for the Connectivity Management Portal (CMP) and API.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including product management, and UX/UI.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on CMP’s role in the company’s IoT strategy.
  • Oversee design, UX, and product management of CMP and API.
  • Identify and implement new features to improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CMP/API adoption and performance.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making using market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and security regulations.
  • Experience in IoT, telecom MVNO/MVNE, or SaaS platform development.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in a leadership role in IoT or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of IoT connectivity platforms and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven track record of leading high performing product teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical challenges into business solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with AI/ML for UX/UI and predictive analytics.
  • Background in working with MNOs/MVNOs is a plus.
