RF Design Engineer - Remote

Overview

The RF Design Engineer will be responsible for redesigning EOL parts in Test and Measurement RF products, improving product yield and quality, and deploying redesign projects to meet customer demands.

In Short

• Redesign EOL parts in RF Test measurement products.
• Integrate DFM inputs to enhance product quality.
• Research alternative parts to avoid major changes.
• Conduct mock-up designs for proposals.
• Perform failure analysis during VnV and MFG builds.
• Create debug tools and training materials for MFG.
• Deploy redesign projects to meet customer release dates.
• Document project progress and share with stakeholders.
• Train MFG techs on product calibration and testing standards.
• Collaborate with R&D for training and project discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Telecommunications.
• Experience in analog design for T&M products.
• Ability to travel for training in Austin.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
