Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for executing all MSS system projects according to MSS PMO standards, as well as leading the organization of the MSOL LCS.

• Responsible for the operation of Emerson MSS Brazil for Systems and Services.
• Articulator of corporate strategies between Operations and other functional areas.
• Monthly sales target planning for ongoing projects.
• Monitoring execution and client relationships in Brazil.
• Leading regional implementation of global MSS processes and indicators.
• Ensuring project management and services compliance.
• Development and implementation of strategies for project optimization.
• Monthly monitoring of operational KPIs.
• Consolidating business results for monthly reporting.
• Participating in budget definition and resource planning.

Requirements

• Degree in related Engineering fields: Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Control, and Automation.
• Over 7 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software: Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in cash flow management and budget control.
• Knowledge in creating procedures and technical manuals.
• Strong organizational skills and priority management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Experience in managing high-performance teams.
