DCS Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

The DCS Software Engineer will facilitate the EEEC II’s interests in process system and solution projects, leading engineering activities and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

In Short

• Implement Emerson’s project execution life cycle.
• Act as the primary contact with the customer throughout the project.
• Provide technical support to the Project Manager.
• Analyze customer inputs and design specifications.
• Lead a team of SW/HW engineers.
• Develop system designs and review system architecture.
• Perform software typical tests and develop control modules.
• Conduct testing and support startup activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and assurance standards.
• Promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in process control and automation.
• DCS/SIS design experience preferred.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, or Petrochemical projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.
